Make-Up Policy

During the summer months and December, we are more flexible with a system closer to “pay-as-you-go”.  During the Trimester, if you miss a lesson you still pay for the lessons you missed and your monthly bill will be the same.

If you give us 24 hours in advance of your up coming absence you will get the chance to make up your lesson to stay current.

If a student misses a class you can contact your teacher to try to find a time to make up your lesson. If no time is available you can make up your lesson during the break at the end of the trimester.

If a student does not give us 24 hour in advance notice of a up coming absence the student will not be able to make up the lesson with the exception of sudden illness or extreme event preventing lesson to commence.

Coming to lessons on your regular lesson time is the very best way to progress as a musician. If you are sick it is better to try to schedule a make up day for your missed lesson rather than come to class sick.

If a teacher misses a lesson he or she will always make a priority to find a time to make up your lesson and give you extra time if available. If no make up time is available that works for the student and they can’t come to the end of the trimester make up day there will be no charge for the lesson.

We know how valuable all our students and teachers time is so we try very hard to make the very best use of our time together. We make every effort to keep our commitments so we can all reach our goals.  

For those who prefer a more flexible, pay as you go schedule during the trimester, we offer drop-in lessons with Lloyd.
